What an attitude and behaviour !!!

Last week, I had an experience ( 2 of similar actually ).....Which one has to learn while we need to educate people....How do we not use anger and emotion to tell them ? And what more when we are trying to do good and then they kinda 'stab' you deep.....Because normally people will retaliate, then we counter again ......and so on..fight begins.......

This is not something new in Malaysia...But happened to me twice within a week....Wow..Too much to take...Well..for some, maybe there are good methods to do this...For some, perhaps just let it go over...

For one thought...it is highly challenging as to educate and explain to the people who wont even bother what you want to tell them.. To them....they are absolute right...!@ Well.....One can be right and also can be wrong....Aint it ?

Of different minds, come different ideas , opinions and etc...Matured minds will be open enough for considerations , discussions to come for an agreement or maybe disagreements....And not to shoot down a man directly with mouth of words....Heck......

Well....Am learning to be good...Hope all others do too...Oh ya..Especially those in the parliament.....Mind your language & beef up the quality.....

Nov 18th 11.30pm Flight MH88 to Narita Airport :
35 of us heads to Taisekiji Head Temple

Touch down at Japan early morning 19th Nov...
At the Myogyoji Temple, Chief Priest noted that Daimoku is very important in our life.

After a short exchange with the believers there..mostly eating n drinking n picture taking...we depart...

To Head Temple...

Upon reach, unpack, relax, nothing much tho...Noted that alot of temples are completed of rebuilding...Seem great...San Men is also under reconstruction.

Nov 20th

Gokaihi Ceremony on this day....Then its Oneri Rite at the Niten-Mon Gate. (Watching young priests running with torch..Then we go to the Great Lecture Hall to watch live video of the San San Kudo ceremony.. A complex sake drinking process. You got to watch it carefully to know how it works and also to keep yourself from asleep. This day....No shower...Still Ok....No sweat....

Nov 21st

Ushitora Gongyo on this day. Then, we go to Moshijo Ceremony at the Temporary Miedo. Then at noon, guidance by Oversea Bureau chief. Reminding us of.......Completing the mission and Tozan 2009 significance (something like this)....

Nov 22nd

Ushitora Gongyo 2nd time...Splendid....!!! Thn after...at 5am we depart to Osaka...It takes 11 hours ride to reach there...Then at night, we had exchange meet at the Myogyoji temple. Good experiences being shared... 3 from each country. Rev & president also given their speech. One thing I remembered most is that...."While sometimes we may not be able to achieve certain objective, ONE must consider whether he has already made the move to do it or just sitting on it ".

Nov 23rd

We had breakfast and head straight to Honmonji Temple for Oeishiki ceremony. One guidance leaves a deep mark....A story of the China King...who wants to make a bowl out of the elephant's tusk (something like that)...So...after you get a special bowl... you need a pair of special chop stick.. Then, you need real exotic food to match these accessories. In the end, because of the DESIRE of the king, it will cost the people alot...The moral in this story...Its important for us to have desires but MUST within control and is of good deed. And............

Disagree without being Disagreeable

" We're not going to agree on everything, but we can disagree without being disagreeable. "

This is a phrase quoted from Obama's speech. All along, I did not think that such situation would ever happen. Now that this man has become president, lets see whether it does work.

Same time, I have noted as well that in our local scene, someting similar is starting. As how that political party leader puts it, one organization CANNOT have 2 leaders to lead. I believe this is very much true. An organization is meant for its members, not for certain or a single person's control.

The leader is someone that brings all the member towards a defined objective and accomplish it. So far, has yet to see any negative actions from this leader though (except that he's kind of hard headed-for good) . So I believe you should carry on with your tasks. And we'll see lots of disagreements between the top 2 leaders. Great...This should put the leader to test and if the actual tasks/objectives of the organization will be accomplished as well.

I strongly believe us, the Malaysians that sits in the Parliament should learn on how the title of this post suggest. Its TIME we should learn to advance and not moving backwards. References are to be made to good examples and how we emulate them. Instead of shouting names, quarrels & perhaps to come-fist fighting, we should now learn how to produce the best to our country. And be less arrogant, we do need to learn from all others among us. Disregard of races, and whatever differences that may be there.

Mindset...Please change

Its actually a good move of State Gov to introduce a position of the State Opposition Leader officially & offer an allowance to come with it. This is a very commendable action. However, instead having a open mind and think out of the box, the Opposition Leader thinks that the allowance is meant to keep his mouth shut. What a childish thought. I think he might not even know what he is doing there at all now that he had 'switched' place...

Having deal with many parties in the civil service, it very much annoys me when certain people still maintain their mindset in a manner where they live in a world of their own. Consideration for others does not seem to arise. The compassion does not seem to come ( this does not apply to all, some do act very compassionately & being courteous).

In the first place, do they ever know that being in politics & civil service, its about serving the nation? the people? I would prefer if they think how to better themselves in order to carry out their work professionally and with deep compassion towards to people of the nation.

Come on...Think man..Think deeper...Or are you lost?
